Refund, Exchange & Returns Policy

Our Goal

We want you to be happy with your ski pants. This policy is designed to be fair while protecting our small business from abuse.

1. Returns

You may return unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. How to Return

Email support@canopy-ski.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item arrives undamaged.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items only. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will send a replacement at no cost and cover return shipping for the defective item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been marked as shipped. If you need to cancel before shipment, contact us immediately at support@canopy-ski.com. We will do our best to accommodate.
